READ ONLYTenant extraction
Inspect an existing Xelion tenant without changing its users, routing, licensing or telephone service. Produce a readable report first, then optionally send a draft to the Call Flow Creator.
1. Select a Xelion tenant
The extractor only reads Xelion configuration. No provisioning or changes to existing telephone services are performed.
2. Text-first report
After extraction, review licensed users, numbers, hunt groups, call handling, opening hours, diverts, out-of-hours routes, and unresolved items.
3. Optional visualisation
Create a separate, editable draft in the existing Call Flow Creator only after reviewing the extraction.
Manual configuration may be required. Depending on call-flow complexity, some boxes, connections, routing conditions and schedules may need to be checked or adjusted. The diagram is an interpretation of the extracted data.
